Daniel P. Goetz
Daniel P. Goetz graduated, cum laude, from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in May, 1995. He received his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 1993 where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, an honor society for outstanding accomplishments as a scholar in the field of business and management. He received his B.S. from Miami University in 1989.
Dan was a law clerk at Weisman, Goldberg & Weisman during law school and began his legal practice with the firm upon graduation from law school in 1995. He is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations and sits on The Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers Board of Trustees. Dan's practice is concentrated in the areas of class action, commercial/corporate, securities and personal injury litigation.
