James R. Goldberg
Jim Goldberg is a partner who joined Weisman, Goldberg & Weisman in 1964. A lifetime Clevelander, Jim graduated from Cleveland Heights High School and attended Ohio State University. Jim received his legal education at Case Western Reserve University.
In the last 35 years, Jim has specialized in medical malpractice, product liability and general tort litigation. Known as a master negotiator, Jim has successfully brought over 1,000 cases to resolution. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America publication and continues as an active member of the state and federal bar associations.
